Invalid Registration Dates – Voter Registration Issues – January 2026

This report identifies voter registrations with invalid registration dates, such as registrations before the voter’s 16th birth day or other data anomalies. Boards of Elections are required to maintain the original registration documents for all voters and to maintain accurate voter rolls. These bogus dates could be corrected by checking the original registration document for the voter. If an original registration document does not exist for the voter, then the voter must either register or be removed from the rolls.

Total Invalid Registration Dates: 46,536 (Based on data from January 31, 2026)
